I looked high and low for a display case. I finally chose this one from Perfect Cases, Inc.I took my time to write out what I wanted engraved. Double checked it and submitted my order. However. once I submitted it I realized I had forgotten something that should have been included on there. I called them spoke with a very friendly and polite gentleman. He was kind enough to listen to me and took my change without charging me extra. That meant the world to me, as I was gifting this case to my son in memory of his dad. I received the case in a timely manner, actually it arrived early. It was absolutely what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations. The quality of the case is beautiful. It was also packed with care. It arrived undamaged. When I gave it to my son, he was touched. And, so was I just to see the expression on his face, spoke volumes.Thank you!!!!
